Availability & shipping

Our catalogue is an invitation to enquire. A listed saree is not a guarantee of current stock. We check and reserve the exact piece with our family-store team before requesting payment.

Your final product price, delivery charges, shipping service and estimated dispatch time will be shared for confirmation before payment. Submitting a request does not create a paid or confirmed order. Once payment is verified and the parcel is dispatched, we share tracking details.

We collect your address when you select shipping so we can check delivery options and quote accurately. Serviceability is confirmed individually.

Cancellations & returns

You may withdraw an availability request before payment by replying to our team. Please quote your request reference.

Before you pay, our team will provide the cancellation, return and refund conditions applicable to your purchase for your review. Do not pay until you have received and understood these details. This page does not limit any rights that apply to your purchase.

If an item arrives damaged, incorrect or with a concern, contact the team through the same conversation used to confirm your order, with your reference and photographs.

Your details & privacy

When you submit an availability request, IRAAVYA collects your name, phone number, email, selected saree, delivery preference, any supplied address and your notes. We use these details to respond, check availability, quote delivery and, if you proceed, fulfil your purchase.

Request details are held privately and are not displayed in the public catalogue. Relevant information may be shared with the family-store team fulfilling your order and the courier handling delivery. A payment provider will handle payment details separately; this form never asks for card information.

Collection updates are optional. The separate marketing checkbox is off by default. You can withdraw marketing consent at any time by replying to the team. Service messages about a request are separate.

To request access, correction or deletion of your details, reply through the conversation in which our team contacts you, quoting your request reference. We retain details only as needed for handling requests, fulfilment and applicable recordkeeping.

The request form uses a necessary session cookie for security and submission controls. This launch version does not use advertising trackers.

Catalogue & ordering terms

Original photographs are the primary reference. Screen settings and lighting can affect colour. Any AI styling image is labelled as an illustration and may vary in drape, blouse, accessories or other details. It is not a promise of included items.

Fabric composition, measurements, blouse inclusion, condition and the final price must be confirmed for the specific saree before payment. Internal catalogue references identify pieces and do not certify their fabric or authenticity.

An availability request is not an order acceptance. We confirm the selected piece, delivery and purchase conditions before issuing a secure payment link. No payment is collected by the availability form.
